How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your Rydar account, please send an email to:
rydartechnologies@gmail.com
Please include the following information in your email:
1. Your full name
2. Registered mobile number
3. Registered email address, if any
4. Account type: Passenger, Driver, or both
5. Reason for deletion, optional
What Happens After Request
After receiving your request, Rydar will verify account ownership and process the request within a reasonable time. Some information may be retained where required for legal, safety, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, or regulatory purposes.
Data That May Be Deleted
Account profile, contact information, app profile details, and non-essential personal data may be deleted or deactivated according to applicable policy and legal requirements.
Data That May Be Retained
Ride records, payment records, complaint history, security logs, verification history, and records required for legal or safety purposes may be retained for a lawful period.
