We may collect user name, mobile number, email address, profile information, account status, location information, ride details, payment or wallet records, device information, verification documents, and support communication.
3. Location Information
Rydar may collect location information to provide ride booking, driver availability, pickup and drop-off location, live ride tracking, route calculation, safety monitoring, and operational control. For drivers, location may be required while the driver is online or during an active ride.
4. How We Use Information
We use information to create and manage accounts, verify users, connect passengers and drivers, calculate fares, manage rides, provide support, improve safety, prevent fraud, maintain records, and comply with legal requirements.
5. Sharing of Information
Relevant ride information may be shared between passenger and driver for ride completion. We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers, technical partners, legal authorities, or regulatory bodies where required.
